Amy Ferrante Martin

AMY FERRANTE MARTIN
Amy Ferrante-Martin is Chief Development Officer for REED Foundation for Autism where she oversees all fundraising efforts for the organization including individual and corporate relations, grants, events, and legacy giving.
After studying and graduating from Tisch School of the Arts at NYU, Amy began her career as a classically trained actress performing across the country for over 20 years. For the past decade she has dedicated her time to raising money for nonprofits, working as Development Director at Paterson Habitat for Humanity and Bergen Performing Arts Center, as well as Major Gifts Officer at the Valley Hospital Foundation. In 2014 Amy was elected to the Glen Rock Borough Council where she is serving in her fourth term.
Amy has strong convictions regarding human and equal rights, and that every person’s life holds value. She is honored to be working at REED and strives to champion their mission to provide individuals with autism the opportunity to learn, live, work, and thrive at every stage of life.

Lisa Goldstein
Vice President of Development
LISA GOLDSTEIN
As Vice President of Development for the REED Foundation for Autism, Lisa Goldstein oversees the organization’s efforts to reach its fundraising goals across various disciplines, including major gifts, corporate donations, and grant solicitations. She also manages the planning and execution of all fundraising events and initiatives. Lisa joined REED in 2011 and was a founding member of the REED Foundation for Autism.
Lisa is also the Director of Sales for Greens Do Good, our hydroponic, vertical farm in Hackensack, New Jersey, that provides meaningful employment and job training for teens and adults with autism. She is responsible for cultivating relationships with restaurants, country clubs, markets, and foodservice providers.
Earlier in her career, Lisa worked as a buyer for Belk Stores and Bloomingdale’s flagship store in NYC. During her tenure at Bloomingdales, she opened its first store in Miami at The Falls, a luxury shopping and entertainment center. Lisa was part of the sales force team at Liz Claiborne, and a buyer for the Indonesian government at its premier showcase store in NYC. Lisa also served on the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Committee for Young Artists and has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University.
Lisa is passionate about discovering new possibilities that enhance the lives of individuals with autism.

Gail Shanahan
Assistant Director of Development
GAIL SHANAHAN
Gail Shanahan is the Assistant Director of Development for REED Foundation for Autism where she is involved with fundraising efforts for the organization, managing the accuracy of CRM data, enhancing the quality of the reporting, and maximizing the giving and constituent engagement experience. Gail joined REED in 2023.
Upon receiving her masters degree in Information Systems at PACE University, she worked for Marsh & McClennon and Alliance Bernstein Investments in their IT departments.
