Meet the Team

 Michael began his career with REED at Greens Do Good in 2019. After gaining additional experience in the controlled environment agriculture industry and continuing his education, he returned in 2023 as Farm Manager and was promoted to General Manager in September 2025.

 Michael has helped lead operations, support staff, and create meaningful opportunities for individuals with autism. He was named General Manager of the Franklin Lakes Community Center in May 2026.

Dan has more than 20 years of experience in retail management and customer service. Before joining REED in May 2026, he served as a Retail Store Manager at T-Mobile, where he worked with teams to implement marketing initiatives, improve workflows, and enhance customer experience. Dan also has a background in graphic design and creative services, giving him a unique blend of operational and creative experience.

Hailey brings extensive experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. A Certified Employment Support Professional, she founded the nonprofit Merging Happiness & Inclusion, which provides employment and community services in Nashville, TN. Hailey is passionate about helping individuals build skills, achieve their goals, and thrive in the workplace beyond.
