Building Skills for the Workplace

For teens and adults with autism, real-world job training can be an important step toward future employment. The Franklin Lakes Community Center provides a supportive environment where participants can build skills, gain experience, and develop greater confidence and independence.

We offer hands-on job training opportunities throughout the Community Center, where . participants learn alongside staff and gain practical experience that may include:

• Helping with towels, laundry, and locker room organization
• Light cleaning and facility support
• Food and beverage preparation
• Greeting and assisting members and visitors
